Fixsenia iyonis is a small lycaenid butterfly with reddish-orange markings on the upper surface of its forewings. Its caterpillars feed on particular buckthorn species. In Japan it occurs locally in central and western Honshu and Shikoku. The population at Kamihayashi in Toon, Ehime, is designated a prefectural Natural Monument, but Ehime's Red Data Book considers it extinct within the prefecture.
